Gary, Indiana  August 25th, 2023  Perfect CC Midwest, Inc providing industrial flooring sample to facility management company.  This building is 300,000 plus square feet that currently has large areas of asphalt 1.5″ thick, covering the concrete from a prior tenants’ needs.  We fully removed a section of the asphalt flooring, than proceeded to grind the concrete to remove the surface flooring glues.  Followed by epoxy mortar patching of cracks and holes; successively honed with our diamond tooling and finished at 400 grit, low gloss.  The tenant floor sample was finished with Delosh DenseSeal acrylic polished concrete sealer.
